HOMELESS & HUNGRY

Our 3 hand-picked Charities

WHAT CAN I DO TO
HELP THE HOMELESS?

This month at CharitySub we’ve selected three great charities that give to those who need it most - the homeless. While they will always need access to food and shelter, the landscape of the homeless problem has shifted. Families are now the fastest growing demographic

of homeless [2], and the lack of affordable housing is an on-going problem in both rural and urban areas. Join us as we learn more about the problem, and what our charities do to support the homeless and the hungry.

What do America's Homeless Look Like? [3]
What are the key factors that Cause homelessness? [5]

Because of a growing shortage of affordable rental housing, people living in poverty have an increased risk of becoming homeless. Additionally, job loss, mental illness, substance abuse, and domestic violence can cause many families and individuals at the brink to suddenly find themselves without a home.

As the weather gets colder and the season of giving is upon us, this month’s CharitySub partners give our nation’s homeless a little extra help. Make a charity selection today, and let’s work together to help the homeless!
